Especially the conical (ca. 21 mm S) Cheyenne HAWK Pen Grips are suitable for you, if you prefer slimmer cartridge grips. The lightweight tattoo grips are made of aluminum and are easy to clean. The HAWK Pen Grips are available in 6 different colors.
